This class is a full sensory experience. A 2 hour offering that combines breath work, yin, vinyasa, sound healing, and thai massage. We begin class with focused and intentional breath work. Gently transitioning into a deep yin practice, followed by a slow vinyasa flow. Space is held for you to fully surrender into the healing vibrations of the sound bath while you rest in savasana.
You will be assisted and guided by certified Thai massage practitioners throughout the class allowing you to find more space in your body and a fuller release of the tensions and heaviness held deep within the muscles and fascia.
